Joy L. Robertson was born on July 12, 1966 in Miami, Florida. In 1988, she graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology. She then attended law school at Southwestern University, obtaining her juris doctorate in 1992.
Joy Robertson is a partner at Goldstein, Gurbuz & Robertson. Her practice focuses primarily on toxic tort and environmental litigation. She has represented hundreds of plaintiffs in mass litigation cases involving air, water and soil contamination.
Ms. Robertson also has experience in other areas of litigation including, employment, elder abuse, will contests, personal injury, medical malpractice and products liability.
Prior to joining , Goldstein, Gurbuz & Robertson, Ms. Robertson spent 14 years working as an associate in one of southern California's premiere Plaintiffs' firms.
